OAKLEE Builds Homes For Sale

Oaklee Housing Association is pleased to announce the launch of a new Build for Sale subsidiary, which will operate under the name of Oaklee Homes Ltd, to provide low cost starter homes at key locations throughout Northern Ireland.

Oaklee Homes will be built adjacent to Oaklee Housing Association schemes thereby promoting opportunities for mixed tenure development, which has become a feature supported by current Government thinking.  This will also help cross subsidise expensive urban schemes for social housing and regeneration.

Oaklee Homes will build upon Oaklee Housing Association’s reputation for quality affordable housing.  All homes will be eligible for purchase under the NI Co-Ownership scheme, and are under NHBC (National House Building Council) warranty, as well as being designed to Secure by Design standards. 

Features standard across the Oaklee Homes developments include: 3 bedroom accommodation, central heating, downstairs WC with shower provision, low maintenance, double glazed PVC windows, and built in wardrobes.
