About Us
Oaklee Housing
Association is a voluntary non-profit organisation, which provides and manages
quality social housing, care and support services to meet a wide range of needs. These include Sheltered housing for older people,
general family housing, mature singles and also people with special needs.
We have
in the region of
4,000 units of accommodation province-wide. Oaklee Housing is also the largest
partnering organisation within the housing sector with thirty
partnerships, who provide a wide range of care and support services. Our
aim is to provide a quality and caring service to all our tenants and
stakeholders at an affordable rent.
Quality and Service
We pride
ourselves in delivering a quality service to our tenants and customers by
employing and training staff that are highly skilled and dedicated. Our organisation has also made
substantial investments in innovative technology to improve our quality of
service.
Planning for
the future
Our annual turnover in 2005/2006 was £11.2 million. In
recent years we have extended our service to the Republic of Ireland with the
establishment of Oaklee Housing Trust, which provides a similar range of
services to Oaklee Housing Association. We also have extensive plans to develop
our build for sale subsidiary Oaklee Homes Ltd, which will allow us to provide
low cost starter homes.
